We may need to revisit Amazon 3rd party sales tax

The Supreme Court of the United States is hearing a case that may change important precedent involving online sales tax collection.  The outcome of this case may require the next Oklahoma legislature to revisit the recently passed HB1019xx “Amazon 3rd party” law.  Revenue from this law is currently set to help fund public education.
